Renzema's Bakeryhas been locally owned and operated in Parchment since 1960. In 2001, Malnight's Bakery — a beloved institution from downtown Kalamazoo — merged with us, bringing together more than a century of combined tradition. We still decorate every cake with the original Malnight ButterCream Icing recipe.
